How do I purchase items from lucasbags?

Purchasing is easy!

Simply contact lucasbags via email by selecting the ‘contact’ option on the main menu, or the ‘contact us today’ seal on the Home page, and let us know a few things: what you want to purchase, when you need it, and what state we will be shipping to. We will get back to you on the availability of that item, or other options.

If you are interested in a custom order, be sure to look at the swatches of colors available and write down the three colors (color name and number) that you are interested in, and include them in your email to us. We will get back to you with availability and a time line.

Do you take custom orders?

You are in luck; we do take custom orders for our Signature Bags! In addition to our Limited Edition Collection, we offer the Signature Bag Collection which allows you to pick the color combinations you want (pick three colors to compliment the black bag). If there is not a color option available that you are interested in, please contact us and let us know what color(s) you are looking for, and we will see what we can do.

What is the ‘grab-bag’ color option?

This option is fun! For those of you who like to live on the edge and love the element of surprise, this is the choice for you! In addition to two other color selections, you can choose the ‘grab-bag’ color. This color allows us as artists, to select a solid color or patterned fabric that will compliment or contrast your other two color selections.

With this option you give us complete artistic freedom to produce for you that one of a kind item you are looking for!!!

IMPORTANT: If you are finicky or picky about color combinations / fabric patterns, this is not the option for you. Unfortunately with this option there are no returns accepted. So, jump on the wild side and love it!!!

How are my items shipped?

All items are packaged by lucasbags and shipped from Florida via the US Postal Service. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. You will be notified when your items are shipped. We are small, so be patient. Most items are made to order, so custom orders may take up to three weeks depending on our work load!

Pet Portrayals' shipping arrangements vary and will be agreed on when commissioned.

If you would like us to ship your items another way, please contact us and let us know. Shipping prices are determined based on size and weight of shipment, as well as the destination of the items.

Are the Hippo stuffed animals children's toys?

Our hippo stuffed animals are fiber art sculptures or collectors items.

They are not intended for children!!!

Do you take returns?

Here at lucasbags we believe in our products and we want your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us.
